Inside Qualcomm: Snapdragon March 2, 2010

Snapdragon is Qualcomm's high end mobile chipset platform, and in many ways is representative of the future of mobile computing. Tightly integrated processing, baseband, and communications functions provide a high level of functionality, multiple communications options, and minimal power consumption. Based on such modern processors, new types of mobile devices can emerge and new functionalities can added to existing smart devices. In this talk, we'll look at Qualcomm's vision for Snapdragon, the need for high-end mobile processors, and market for new computing form factors.
