Inner Peace Festival April 24, 2009

Inner peace isn’t just a hokey, new age idea. The Inner Peace Festival, taking place on April 25th, is a testament to how one group, the Order of Christ/Sophia, puts inner peace into action. In conjunction with the celebration of their 10th Anniversary, the Order will host the festival in City Park with a cleanup, an Arbor Day tree planting, drum circles, kid’s face painting, peace meditation and prayers, a peace lantern walk around Ferril Lake, and activities supporting the upcoming Colorado Peace Ride.
