INFORUM?s mission is to provide an open door to The Commonwealth Club for the young of mind and to generate widespread engagement in civic and cultural activity through the presentation of timely, controversial and provocative topics and speakers. Lately we have hosted folks like Spike Lee and King Abdullah II of Jordan, and addressed issues like gay marriage and the future of digital music.

Founded in 1903, the Commonwealth Club has played host to a diverse and distinctive array of speakers, from Teddy Roosevelt in 1924 to Erin Brockovich in 2001. Along the way, Martin Luther King, Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton and Bill Gates have all given landmark speeches at the Club.
