Ronald J. Kral, MBA, CPA, CMA is the Managing Partner of Candela Solutions LLC, a public accounting firm with a national focus on governance, risk, and compliance. He is an educator, advisor, and independent internal auditor for boards and management teams. Many of his clients are public companies registered with the SEC, or private companies preparing for an initial public offering. Prior to forming Candela Solutions in 2003, Ron was a Financial Executive for a Subsidiary of a multi-billion dollar company traded on the NYSE and was a Principal Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers leading. He is a member of the AICPA, FEI, IIA, and IMA. Ron served on FEI’s National Task Force on the COSO Monitoring Guidance Project and currently serves on FEI’s National Task Force to revise COSO’s Internal Control – Integrated Framework.

Sumit Nijhawan, Ph.D., is the Company Operations Leader at Infogix. He is responsible for supporting all company operations including customer development, customer acquisition, product development, marketing and asset management. In his previous role as Group Leader for Product Development, Sumit was responsible for leading product strategy, product management and product development functions. Under Sumit’s leadership, Infogix introduced its automated controls solutions for distributed environments to its customers. Before coming to Infogix, he worked for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, SPSS, Inc., and PWC. At each of these Companies, Sumit lead and participated in key strategic initiatives that included development of technology and product strategies, introduction of new software solutions, and leadership of cross-functional, geographically-distributed teams. As an adjunct faculty member at DeVry University Institute of Technology, Sumit periodically teaches classes at the Keller Graduate School of Management.
