indyish Insta-Boutique, Day 2 December 17, 2006

This weekend (Dec 16-17) will be excellent for shopping indy!

The Indyish Insta-Boutique is coming together for the Holla-Days.

Indyish likes to plugin to places and make them into insta Indyish Boutiques. These give people in the neighborhood a chance to see indy goods from the site in person, to talk with Indyish founders, staff and artists about what they do, and to experience commercialism of a slightly different flavour.

When:
Day 1 (Sat. Dec16) -- 12:00pm to 4:00pm
Day 2 (Sun. Dec17) -- 12:00pm to 4:00pm
Day 2 (Sun. Dec17) -- 8:00pm to 3:00am

Admission: Free

A good deal of work by artists from the site will be onsale, for example: uniquely made belts and guitar straps by Iisa Designs, and hats, and issues of Worn, and custom Tshirts, and CD’s, and poster art. A number of artists are also planning on bringing work that is not yet represented on the site, but will be soon, for example: the sexy new Telefauna t-shirts…]

Also - spectaculous DJ crew will be providing beats throughout the afternoons (as well as in the wee hours, in between sets and afters the bands perform during the Party on Sunday evening).
