Indie West Fest 2011 June 4, 2011

This event is a National showcase for Independent (Indie, DIY) Artists getting together to play for their fans by the beach, on the grass, under the palms, in sunny San Buenaventura, California at the Ventura County fairgrounds.

In just the last few years there has been an explosion of new Indie bands with the DIY ethic of just getting out there. And now that tunes can be recorded at home and distributed via computer, it’s a lot easier for musicians to get heard.

The event features established artists alongside emerging creative artists in one location. Indie West Fest® brings these Bands/Artists together to promote the “Indie Movement” and use this experience to catapult their careers.
