This special IBE event features Bel Biv Devoe, MC Lyte, Biz Markie and Force MDS. The Indiana Black Expo has been an effective voice and vehicle for the social and economic advancement of African Americans since 1971. This event showcases the achievements of African Americans in the areas of culture, art, history and economics.
