This largest national grouping of objects within the collection has developed from major exhibitions presented at Mingei International and donations by important collectors. Bronze devotional objects, pottery, textiles, wood carvings, paper mache figures, kites and other toys typify possibly the largest collection of arts of daily life outside India.
