"Incubator" Showcase: THE NORTH/SOUTH PLAYS August 29, 2011

THE NORTH/SOUTH PLAYS, a collaboration between theatre companies Bailiwick Chicago and Teatro Luna, is an ambitious original play that discusses the current state of borders in North America as they exist ten years after the fallout from the 9/11 tragedy. The piece brings to life the imaginary lines of the United States borders, looking at three countries and asking "What comes next for us?".

This evening is a sneak-peek performance of the play after four weeks of development. A fully mounted production will run October 26 through November 20, 2011 at the Chicago Center for the Performing Arts.
