Any bike suitable; elite race Cyclocross bicycle only.

0900 - 0950 D Grade 20 min 1 lap
1000 - 1050 C Grade 30 min 1 lap
1100 - 1150 B Grade Men 30 min 2 laps
1200 - 1310 Elite 40 min 2 laps
