Then you will find In Balance | Work, Wellness & You as the perfect breath of air.

Come and join the Flourish community of professional women for an evening workshop, where experts will give you advice on how to achieve our much desired work-life balance. Maintaining those stress levels down and keeping you healthy.

Additionally, we will have a cooking demonstration where a nutritionist will teach us how to prepare healthy holiday dishes.

Come and network with other professional women in the Bay Area, taste wine from around the world, share and have fun!

Where: Avalon Mission Bay. 255 King Street@4th St. 19th floor. San Francisco, CA.
Cost: $60 – includes workshop, food, wine and a holiday surprise.

*15% of the price of your ticket will go to help Oasis for Girls: a non-profit that provides a safe space where low-income girls and young women are inspired and empowered to become strong and creative leaders in their communities.
