Improvisation Course Summer 2012 May 2, 2012

Learn and develop Improvisation techniques and style at Band on the Wall.

The course is for players (all instruments) and singers who want to learn the art and fundamental techniques of improvisation in a practical, structured and progressive course. Starting at beginner and intermediate level participants will explore easy ways into soloing, develop rhythmic improvisation skills and aural confidence. The sessions are run in groups and will be practical, supportive non-formal and relaxed!

The course is supported by recorded and written resource materials such as backing tracks and lead sheets to aid practice between classes.

Times: Beginner: 7.30-8.30 Int/Adv 8.30-9.30pm
