Join us to learn the basics of lively, unrehearsed humor in these classes led by Stand-Up New York’s celebrated Sunday Night Improv (SNI) troupe; then invite your friends and family to a 'graduation' performance at the JCC on November 7, followed by a reception of light refreshments. You’ll engage in theater games and skits as your learn to create make-it-up-as-you go, real-time comedy sketches, like those on the classic TV show Whose Line Is It, Anyway? Bolster your brain, grow your creativity and exercise your funny bone with the troupe hailed as “unique" (Time Out New York), “wonderful” (Backstage), and “hilarious” (Newark Star-Ledger). Classes held upstairs at the 78th Street. Stand-Up New York Studio (east of Broadway). Registered students also receive a free pass to any SNI performance (every Sunday at 7 pm) at the Studio. It’s the best deal in town!
