Impressions & Improvisations: the Prints of Romare Bearden October 28, 2011

Impressions & Improvisations is organized into two sections: Bearden's printmaking processes and his thematic motifs. Together, these two approaches provide an overview of the artist's work. This exhibition includes over 75 collagraphs, etchings, aquatints, lithographs, screen prints, photo projections and monotypes created over 30 years.
