With the signing of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
(ARRA) the federal government has made the largest green building and
clean energy commitment ever in any one piece of legislation. The
legislation will provide over $50 billion for efficiency, renewables,
green building, alternative transportation and many more green
community efforts. The California Energy Commission will be receiving
nearly $300 million dollars to invest in CA's energy infrastructure.
Come hear Panama Bartholomy, Advisor to the Chair of the Energy
Commission, discuss the ARRA and how the money will flow to CA.
