Taking inspiration from legends from Ethiopia’s Golden Age of Jazz such as Mahmoud Ahmed, Mulatu Astatke, and Getatchew Mekurya, Imperial Tiger Orchestra bring their own contemporary twist to an amazing genre that has been firing up festivals around the world. Funky horns, twanging psychedelic electric guitar sounds, simple rhythms that groove and groove, this will be a night to dance to some amazing music!

"One of my absolute favourite bands" say Francis Falceto - the man behind the legendary Ethiopiques CD series and "absolutely brilliant" Bob Harris, BBC Radio 2.

They will perform with special guest singer Bethelhem Dagnachew.
