I attended the very first Mennonite Relieve sale in Congerville, Ill at the sale barn there. My father-in-law made the mistake of picking up a German Shep. puppy and showing it to my 2 year old daughter Melody Ann. I told him not to hand it to her or she will claim it...He did! And he ended up having to pay $25.00 for the puppy that Melody instantly named Rusty. The dog and she became inseperable.
