Our yearly event being held on Saturday 30th June 2012. As it is Armed Forces day, we currently have members from Help for Heroes, The British Legion, SAFFA and Pilgrim Bandits joining us that day to do some fund raising of their own. We also have the full back from RNAS Yeovilton. There are many member of the committee who run this fair that have ties with the Armed Forces.
There will be many crafters, traders, and different food/drink stalls around the field. We have planned a kiddies corner which will have fun games, make and takes, Bugfest man and bouncy castle to have fun on.
Our local Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Beavers, Culbs, Scouts and Marjorettes will open the event at 1300 in the arena, which will then have different things happening in it all afternoon.
The choir from Ilchester Primary school are going to attending as well as many more of local groups and charities in the village.
Entry into the event free on foot. Programmes are 50p each.
Parking will cost you £1 a car, which includes a copy of our programme with a free entry into our raffle.
