Ideya Offers Aphrosdisiac Menu for Valentine's Day February 7, 2007

Dinner with your one and only is being taken to whole new level. Mi Cocina and Ideya Restaurants are spicing up things up this February by creating an entire menu made with Agavero. These dishes will not only tantalize your taste buds, but awaken your inner passion as well. Agavero creates a unique sensual experience by creating a soothing combination of aromas transcended by a smooth, rich and flavorful character.

Chef Jose Hurtado Prud'homme (Mi Cocina) and Chef Isaac Reyes (Ideya) are using an array of foods and spices with aphrodisiac qualities that set the mood for a romantic night for two. A cocktail called the "Besame" (meaning "kiss me" in Spanish) and Caribbean Style Conch Fritters with Agavero passion fruit dipping sauce are just a couple items that will be served throughout February at Ideya. Sautéed Cornish Hen with Agavero-Citrus Marinade, Tropical Aphrodisiac Mango Flambé and a variety of aphrodisiac infused cocktails are just a few items that will be served the entire month of February. All of these special Valentine's Day items include Chef Prud'homme and Chef Reyes' favorite new aphrodisiac, Agavero. Agavero is 100 percent blue agave tequila blended with the Damiana flower, a plant held in great esteem for centuries as a powerful aphrodisiac.
