This exhibition of paintings, sculptures, drawings, prints and photographs from the museum's permanent collection of contemporary art from Asia, Europe and the Americas and dating from 1980 to the present, explores the theme of identity as both a collective consciousness and individual reflection. Featured artists use the visual arts to express personal feelings and cultural perceptions about racial, sexual and cultural identity.
