Idaho Virtual Academy-Treasure Valley Back to School "Meet ALL the Teachers" Event September 18, 2012

Join us at Settler's Park to meet ALL the IDVA Teachers! Teachers from all grade levels from throughout the state will gather at the park to meet students and parents and get to know YOU! Teachers will make a special entrance at 4:30 and stay until 6 pm.

An information table will be available under the K12 tent at the Meridian Road side of the park for new and interested families to come and pick up a packet prepared especially for them. Visit with our experienced Administrators, and then join the families of the school and meet the teachers who will be working with your student(s).

Booths will also be there with information on Booster/Co-op activities and to sign up with the Idaho Coalition of Charter School Families.

We will have an MC at each Pavilion to introduce you to the teachers. A group photo will be taken in each Pavilion so you can remember the new faces you meet!

Teachers for grades K-5 will be in Pavilion 1 (closest to Meridian Rd side)

Middle School Teachers will be in Pavilion 2 (in the middle!)

High School Teachers and 8th grade HS teachers will be in Pavilion 3 (closest to the Ustick parking lot)

We are inviting all families to bring along a small package of cookies to share in a big COOKIE BAR table at the center of the park by the concession stand.

This is a rare opportunity that you will NOT want to miss!! See you there! Bring your camera!

Please also bring your signed copy of the liability release and photo release (one each, per family--to save time at check in). Please go to the website to download and print both forms.
