Location:

The morning and afternoon technical sessions, refreshment breaks, and luncheon will be held at the University Inn-Best Western Convention Center located at 1516
Pullman Road, Moscow, Idaho.

Registration:

Registration for the Idaho Asphalt Conference is now handled online at www.idahoasphalt.eventbrite.com. All participants must register for the conference. If you are not able to complete the registration process online, please contact the conference administrator, Duval Engineering LLC, at (503) 473-8240 for assistance.
Fees:

To encourage early registration and increased participation at the Idaho Asphalt Conference, we have established Early Bird, Pre-Registration, and On-Site Registration Fees.
Early Bird Registration which closes 60 days prior to the conference is $95 per person.
Pre-Registration is open up to the day before the conference and is $105 per person.
On-Site Registration is available the day of the conference for $115 per person.
Students/Faculty Registration is available to students and staff of the University of Idaho at no charge. Students and Faculty must register for the conference and present identification to the conference administrator to be qualified for this special rate.
All registration fees include continental breakfast,
luncheon, and morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, and conference materials. Participants are responsible for their own lodging and are encouraged to contact the University Inn-Best Western.

Policy:

Cancellations
made after Monday, October 19, 2008, will be subject to a $25 administrative fee. Substitutions can be made at any

The Idaho Asphalt Conference is sponsored by the University of Idaho, the Idaho Transportation Department, and the Asphalt Institute. Members of the Organizing Committee include Prof. Faoud Bayomy (U of I), Mr. Mike Santi (ITD), Mr. David Johnson (AI), and Mr. John Duval, Consulting Engineer.
