Start 2010 by celebrating the great blends of Cotes du Rhone and Priorat. On both sides of the Pyrenees, there is a dedication to producing icon wines with varietals such as Grenache, Mourvedre, Syrah and Carignan. Both side have very intricated soils and terroirs, they also often have very old vines and a growing interest for organic and/or biodynamic farming. Piorat also often adds Bordeaux varietals such as cabernet sauvignon and Merlot. Come taste the difference during this very special tasting. We will taste 6 wines with cheese plates and light appetizers will be served at the end.

Wines to be served:

  • 2005 Domaine de Boisrenard - Chateauneuf-du-Pape Blanc

  • 2003 Andre Brunel "Les Cailloux" - Chateauneuf-du-Pape Red
