Registration Information and Terms and Conditions
By registering for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Registration Rates are Per Person and include GST. A Tax Invoice will be sent to you.
The conference is open to ICFM members, ministers or trainee ministers with a recognised call and their spouses. Non-members must provide the name of their church or ministry and capacity of ministry (full time, part time, trainee with recognised call, or spouse of minister) when registering.
Registration includes:
Entry to all conference sessions at a world class conference venue.
Preferred seating for ICFM members and spouses
Daily arrival beverages, morning tea and bakery items.
Daily full buffet lunch.
Arrival delegates pack and special delegates gift
Reserved ICFM delegates seating at the KCM Victory Campaign which follows our conference. The KCM Victory Campaign commences 7:00pm 28th May 2009 at the same venue.
Registration is limited to 250. We expect the conference to be a sell out. Please book early.
There will be no public meetings. All delegates must register for the full conference prior to arrival.
There are no daily registration rates.
Preference will be given to current 2009 ICFM Membership Card Holders and spouses until 31st March 2009. Member registrations will be instantly confirmed. Non member registration will be conditionally accepted subject to a review of registrations on 1st April 2009. If space is available non member registrations will be confirmed in the order received. Once all seats are sold, any remaining non member registrations will be refunded on 1st April 2009. ICFM will not be held liable for any cancelled accomodation or travel penalties.
You may apply to join as a member of ICFM in the interim. If approved, your conference registration will be instantly confirmed. All ICFM membership applications are subject to pre qualification and a membership committee review. Automatic acceptance of membership must not be assumed. Hotel Bookings. Please book early directly with your choice of hotel accommodation. Blocks of rooms have been reserved however unsold rooms will commence being released from 1st March 2009. Download hotel list here
