From the Sin-e calendar:

After playing two amazing shows New York City in December, Shout Out Louds are now invited back for more... David Fricke of Rolling Stone Magazine wrote about the album and the band in his latest column:

"This Swedish not-so-Sixties garage band pumps up the jangle with striking New Wave verve: tense, Strokes-like guitars; New Order-style keys; and a singer, guitarist Adam Olenius, who?s got a hint of The Cure?s Robert Smith in his yelp. Howl Howl Gaff Gaff is the Louds? debut album; it is taut, sweet and ripe for U.S. consumption."

Sometimes people love girl bands simply cause they are a group of cute girls rocking out. They often forget about if the music is good or not. This is not the case with SECRET WEAPON. Yes they are an all girl cute rock group, but these girls' demo actually has the goods. Watch out as they could develop into something that you?l be forced to reckon with. - crashinin.com

Metropolitan - Chunky riffs, jackhammer beats, and catchy as a flu in winter melodies make for quite the potent combination, and a band to be reckoned with. Their songs harken to an early 90's nostalgia time that hasn't taken place yet, placing them way ahead of the trend curve. And their overall vibe and stage presence are best epitomized by the lightning bolt that graces lead singer John's guitar strap and pervades their website.
