On October 29th from 12:30 - 3pm, BLT Steak's Executive Chef Victor Albisu will partner with Ibérico Ham importer Wagshal's Market for a cooking class experience which will provide guests with the most extensive tasting of Ibérico Ham in DC and teach several recipes which highlight the flavors of the exciting food.

Many people have had the opportunity to taste Ibérico Ham, but few have had the opportunity to use it in exciting culinary preparations. During the class, Chef Albisu and Wagshal's will provide interesting information about background about Ibérico, treat attendees to an extensive tasting of the hams and demonstrate how to prepare four dishes which well-feature the flavors of Ibérico and add excellent new options to the recipe repertoire. Following the class, guests will enjoy a hearty four-course lunch of dishes demonstrated during the class while continuing the tasting and discussion with Wagshal's and Chef Albisu.
