IABC/Houston 2009 Bronze Quill Awards Gala April 30, 2009

This annual event recognizes and honors Houston and southern Texas communications professionals whose work the previous year has exemplified excellence in communications. Outstanding leaders will also be honored with the Communicator of the Year and Communication Leadership Awards.

Yolanda Green, a community pioneer, children’s advocate and media personality, will emcee the gala, while David Henderson, a former on-air CBS Network News correspondent and now author and online publisher, will act as keynote speaker.
