IABC/BC Independent Communicators Strategic Interest Group (SIG) November 6, 2008

Come to the inaugural meeting of a SIG for independent communications consultants, contractors and freelancers. Help set the direction for our SIG while sampling the café’s tempting offerings. We’ll discuss what form SIG members would like to see for future meetings (time, location, frequency) and what topics would be of interest for discussion at future meetings. Do you want to talk about marketing your services, the pros & cons of incorporation, what to look for in a contract, billing structures, business insurance, managing multiple priorities, or subcontracting? Come and meet your fellow independent communicators and share your ideas and experiences.

Each member will be responsible for their own food and beverage.
