I Eat Pandas and human beat-box Shockwave create a clever and hilarious musical using only their wits and a suggestion from the audience on Wednesday, April, 9th at Comix. Don’t miss your chance to see the premiere and final performance of a completely improvisational musical comedy.

The musical improv group I Eat Pandas is comprised of Upright Citizen’s Brigade alums and amazing singers (Eliza Skinner & Glennis McMurray) plus a really fan-frickin-tastic pianist (Travis Ploeger). They do what it takes Andrew Lloyd Weber YEARS to do... crap out a musical from start to finish. Horatio Sans of SNL raves: “Great singers and funny too! You’d be hard pressed to find better musical improv.”

Chris Sullivan aka “Shockwave” is returning to the Comix stage to delight the audience with his unbelievable beat box skills, that won him the first ever Vocal Wars MC/beat box battle in 2003. Sullivan is currently performing with Freestyle Love Supreme and is the manager of improvisation for Manhattan Comedy Collective.
