99 Clarion Alley
San Francisco, California 94110

Come and participate to produce the temporary public mural “VOICES WITHOUT BORDERS” at Clarion Alley of San Francisco. The mural, led by artists Susana Aragon and Mabel Negrete, addresses the concerns of the family program Casa Corazón of Instituto Familiar de la Raza through a participatory process that celebrates the values and challenges of migrating and adapting to a new society. The Instituto Familiar de la Raza was founded to provide mental health, social services and leadership support to Chicano/Latin American communities of San Francisco.

This event is free and wheelchair accessible.

Mural on view: January thru July 2007

The Living Walls Mural Project is made possible by the support of Hypersea’s fiscal sponsor Intersection for the Arts, Clarion Alley Mural Project, and generously founded by the Zellerbach Family and W. A. Gerbode Foundations.
