Hyatt Regency O’hare Will Feature A Festive Thanksgiving Buffet At O’h American Grill November 25, 2010

Hyatt Regency O’Hare, 9300 Bryn Mawr Avenue, is featuring a delicious Thanksgiving meal for the whole family on Thursday, November 25 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at O’H American Grill, the hotel’s contemporary new restaurant. At the Thanksgiving buffet, guests will be able to indulge in carved-to-order Roasted Tom Turkey with fresh cranberry relish and Honey Baked Ham with stone ground mustard and dried fruit chutney. The menu also includes Maple Candied Sweet Potatoes and Home-Style Mashed Potatoes. Other specialties will be served such as fresh House-Smoked Salmon, Lake Trout and Shrimp; Chestnut and Sausage Dressing; Green Bean Casserole and Shrimp and Corn Chowder. For dessert, there will be a tempting array of seasonal pies including Pumpkin, Apple and Pecan Pie.
