Hyatt Regency Austin celebrates America's Recycling Day November 15, 2011

Our hotel has a Green Team with representatives from each division and department of the hotel. We have been working to make our hotel "more green" by establishing 5 initiatives for the hotel that involve recycling: recycling glass & batteries, donating used products to charity, using recycled paper, having recycling bins throughout hotel and also in our meeting rooms and composting all food items from our cafeteria that will be used later in our herb garden. We are wanting to spread the word this November to all our employees and guests of the work we have been doing. Any advice or other items we can give out to increase everyone's knowledge of this important initiative would be appreciated.
