Hungry Ear July 30, 2012

The Hungry Ear, the free Library program celebrating the art of the short story, shines the spotlight on the lives of two women. "A Woman Without A Country" by John Cheever, will be read by Suzanne Brigham. Kate Murray will tell Lorie Moore's tale, "Child Care". The stories reflect how, in one instance, one mistake can change a life forever, and in the other, how a new job can be a life lesson.
