Speakers:
Deborah Yount considers herself to be passionate about the HR Business Partner role. Today, she is the HR Director / Business Partner for Medtronic's Endovascular Innovations business. Prior to Medtronic, she spent eight years in the semiconductor industry.

Kristina Derkos is the SVP of Human Resources & Development at Redwood Credit Union. Prior to Redwood Credit Union, she spent 6 years as the Regional HR Manager for Waste Management, Inc. and 7 years with the Town of Windsor. Kristina is an advocate for HR as a Business Partner and shares her passion through her role as President of PASCO.

Rudy Collins is an HR Business Partner for Kaiser Permanente. Prior to Kaiser, he has held various HR management roles at such companies as eBay, Inc, Schwab and Levi Strauss & Co. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Rudy brings a wide perspective on the role of Human Resources within an organization and on a strategic business perspective.
