Hula-Hoop Basics Class: Waist June 27, 2009

Hey there!

This class will be a basic rundown on how to hula hoop on the waist. We’ll go over the basics of waist hooping, moving with the hoop, and do some troubleshooting for when that pesky hoop just keeps falling.

If this class goes well I’ll teach more classes.

Currently the dates are for an East Bay and a San Francisco class.

The San Francisco class will be on June 27th @ 1 p.m. location given upon registration. (leave a comment on the website)
The East Bay class will be held on June 28th @ Noon, location given upon registration. (leave a comment on the website)

Each class is $15 and I am limited to 8-10 people per class. The SF class currently has 8 spots left. And when you register please indicate if you would like to be kept informed about future classes.

Either bring your hoop or use one of the in-class hoops.

I’m a hula-hoop performer with over two years of experience. I’ve performed at Mighty, Club Cocomo, and other popular venues in the Bay Area in addition to performing at The Crucible’s Fire Arts Festival and Temple of Poi’s Union Square performance.
