HUDSON VALLEY YOUNG ARTIST TALENT SEARCH
This summer, Gutsy Woman Productions is producing the HUDSON VALLEY YOUNG ARTIST TALENT SEARCH at the Towne Crier in Pawling, New York for our budding musicians 17 years old and under!

It is obvious that the this area is fertile with talented musicians, singers and young bands and we want to give them an opportunity to show us! With the popularity of such shows as "American Idol" and "America's Got Talent", this is a great opportunity for these blossoming musicians to showcase their talents in front of entertainment industry professionals and hone their skills on a stage that, for nearly four decades, has hosted hundreds of musicians while they were up-and-coming, including Suzanne Vega, Shawn Colvin and Leon Redbone and many, many others.

Beginning on Sunday, July 10th, and the 17th, 24th, and 31st, young performers will be viewed and judged by entertainment industry professionals, the semifinalists will be invited back on Sunday, August 14th, and the finalists will return on Sunday, August 21th, when the winner will be announced at the award ceremony. Prizes include a Grand prize trophy, $500.00 cash, a show opening for a national act at the Towne Crier Cafe and much more.
