HSC Preparation: English - Extension 2 (Part 2) - Progressing Your Major Work Course/Class March 29, 2011

This is an intensive 4-week writing course for HSC English Advanced Extension 2 students. It is an excellent way of diving into your English Extension 2 Major Work while learning invaluable writing and editing skills to sustain you through your HSC project and beyond. This writing course extends the seminar, English Extension 2 (Part 1) Getting Started on Your Major Work. Students will learn how craft, technique and methods to stimulate the imagination can apply to their own Major Work. Using each students Major Work, we will look more deeply at story design, character, dialogue, voice, point-of-view and editing. This course is suited to the genres of short story, plays, film scripts, radio scripts (and possibly even poetry).
