About the Presenters
Mary Wang joined Hixson Nagatani LLP as a Partner in 2009. For several years prior, Ms. Wang practiced employment law with one of California's most prestigious law firms. A seasoned advisor and litigator, Ms. Wang has advised Fortune 500 companies and small employers on a variety of employment and labor laws. In her litigation practice, she has defended employers in state and federal courts, arbitral forums, as well as agencies against various employment claims ranging from harrassment to trade secret violations.

Brian K. Nagatani is a partner at Hixson Nagatani LLP in Santa Clara, California. He provides preventive counseling to employers on a broad range of issues including hiring and termination decisions and personnel policy decisions. He also represents employers before state and federal courts in employment litigation matters.
