Julissa Germosen reports to the US Enterprise Services Group of the Microsoft Corp. in Redmond, WA. She is responsible for the sales, marketing and delivery strategies and execution of software development services engagements for the US ISV Partner Community.

As a member of the Associate Alumnae of Douglass College at Rutgers University, Ms. Germosen established the Latina Leadership Potential Award, a scholarship for Hispanic women, the first of its kind at Rutgers University.
