How to Model, Analyze, and Improve Business Data

Overview:
This course gives you a proven set of business process core techniques, methods, and tips for business analysis to help Business Analysts acquire, understand, document, and model business data. This information exists in three primary locations; user views (reports, screens, etc.), in the minds of the business personnel who may not know that they have this knowledge, and in previously automated systems.
