Session I - Clutter and your health.

This session: emphasizes why attendees should be concerned about clutter management; alerts the attendees to the consequences of an unsafe environment; and offers solutions for clearing out and managing clutter.

Session II - Managing your "important documents."

A. Defining what is an "important document."
B. Defining retention periods.

This session: addresses how identity theft affects the elderly; helps the attendees understand the definition of an "important document"; helps the attendees assign guidelines for retention periods.

Goals:

By the end of the seminar attendees will: realize the importance of maintaining a clutter-free environment; be able to part with items that are no longer wanted, needed or used; be able to start getting organized; define an "important document"; define retention periods; define where to keep each record; set up a record-keeping system for health, personal, and financial documents.

Who should attend: The elderly living at-home, their caregivers, family members and friends; Homebound Ministry; guardians.

Fee: $75.00. THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER IS NOVEMBER 15. REGISTRATION MUST BE PREPAID AND RECEIVED, THROUGH ROMAN CART, BY NOVEMBER 17. NO WALK-IN.
