Pangea is delighted to sponsor Wendy Call in a reading from her award-winning book, "No Word For Welcome," followed by a discussion of the impact of globalization on indigenous villages. Wendy lived and worked in a small fishing village in southern Mexico, witnessing the many ways global forces shaped villagers' traditional life, for better and for worse. Wendy will be joined in the discussion by Tom Paulson, a former Seattle PI columnist who now bogs about globalization and social justice issues at http://humanosphere.kplu.org/author/tpaulson
