Houston Rodeo World Championship Barbecue February 26, 2011

The Lone Star State hosts a colossal, Texas-sized picnic to launch the annual Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. This 3-day event features cooking, competition, eating and dancing. Trophies will be awarded to teams preparing the best dish in each category (brisket, chicken and spare ribs) as well as an overall winner.
