House Key Qualifying - Home Buyers Seminar RM 3192 January 10, 2009

Join us for a fun and informative Home Buyer Class. We cover the basics and have plenty of time for your questions. Join us to discuss the low-interest House Key State Bond first mortgage program, downpayment assistance program and other loan programs. You will earn the required certificate to use the House Key Program.

The Course is 5 hours long, from 11:00am - 4:00pm. Lunch Provided. It is held at Seattle Central Community College, room 3192 (on 3rd floor).
