Hot Club of San Francisco: Silent Surrealism (Silent Films With Accompaniment) November 21, 2010

The Hot Club of San Francisco plays the gypsy jazz music of guitarist Django Reinhardt, violinist Stephane Grappelli and the original Hot Club de France. This unique jazz form recalls 1930s Paris and offers swinging beats with sweet melodies. In cooperation with the San Francisco Silent Film Festival, The Hot Club of San Francisco will accompany and present 'Silent Surrealism,' a series of four black and white films from the 1930s.
