HOSTAS: THOSE SHADY LADIES IN OUR GARDENS

Hostas are extremely popular, hardy, and shade-tolerant perennials grown for their beautiful foliage.

The Pendleton Community Library is partnering with the Pendleton Garden Club to provide a free workshop about these low maintenance plants on Saturday, March 24th at 10:00 a.m. in the library's Community Room, at 595 East Water Street.

Linda Briar, Master Gardener and owner of the Briar Patch located in Markleville, will discuss the uses, varieties and companion plantings for these workhorses of the garden.

RSVPs are appreciated. Call the library at (765) 778-7527 or email [email protected] to reserve your place.
