Horseback Riding and Wine Tasting with Urban Girl Squad and Outdoor Bound March 20, 2011

Join Urban Girl Squad (http://urbangirlsquad.com/site/event_display.php?id=161) for a beautiful day of horseback riding and wine tasting with Outdoor Bound. All skill levels are welcome!

The day starts with a picturesque drive upstate to the stables. After a short safety briefing, you'll meet your horse -- all of them are friendly and well trained. We'll saddle up, then ride for two hours through fields and woods, guided by an experienced wrangler.

After the ride, we will drive to a vineyard in the Hudson Valley for a wine tasting. Enjoy a sample of reds and whites along with some of the best hard ciders in America while you stroll the grounds of the vineyard.

You should wear pants or jeans for riding; jacket or coat, comfortable shoes or boots; hat and gloves might also be appropriate. Bring snacks and water. You may bring your lunch or purchase lunch there. Please note: all participants must weigh less than 250 lbs.
