Horse Meat Disco is a DJ collective from London, England. Inspired by New York club life in the '70s and '80s, Horse Meat Disco was started in 2003 by DJs James Hillard and Jim Stanton. From early parties in London's Chinatown, Horse Meat took up its famed weekly residency in Eagle London in Vauxhall and, joined by DJs Filthy Luka and Severino, quickly built a reputation for fantastic parties and high quality disco sets.The quartet of DJs each mixes his own individual quality blend of disco with all manner of dancefloor fillers: be it punk funk, italo, house, electric bangers or plain old oddities.
