World famous Cuban percussion virtuoso Horacio "El Negro" Hernandez meets his expectant fans for two very special performances at Babylon. Comfortable playing any sound or music on the face of the planet, master percussionist Hernandez will showcase the magic he makes with his wands (drumsticks) before a very privileged audience at Babylon. El Negro has worked with music legends such as Dizzy Gillespie, Steve Turre, John Pattituci, Paquito D'Rivera, David Sanchez, Paul Simon, David Valentin, Carlos Santana, and Gonzalo Rubalcaba. It is said that El Negro is as mystifying and hypnotizing on the street as he is on stage, the artist continues to record albums based in Afro-Cuban music as well as anything that strikes his fancy.
