The Win 10 ‘Magic Quilt Tour’

The “Folk Art” quilt tribute presented by the Witherspoon Institute is at once a memorial to those lost in the Haitian earthquake on January 12, 2010 and a message of hope for the future! The decorated quilt is slated for presentation as a collective message from the people of America to Haitian Ambassador Kenneth Merten’s office at the United Nations in New York in January to mark the earthquake anniversary.

The work in progress will be showcased in 10 American cities leading up to the January tribute. The 33 part puzzle quilt (1 football field long) will be presented at the U.N. then disseminated to10 states and the island of Haiti on the anniversary of the earthquake. Please Join Our Team! Together we bring a message of hope to Haiti.
